"For approximately 15 years I have suffered from chapped dry skin on my hands that result in painfully split fingertips. My job as a veterinary assistant compounds my dry skin problem due to the constant hand washing required.

In September, 1998 I was prescribed the ointment Clobetasol by a dermatologist to aid in the healing and prevention of this problem. It did not work for me. In May, 2000 I went to a different dermatologist seeking relief from the same problem. In only six days of applying the gel, it had done what no other previously prescribed treatment had been able to do.
